Today I will talk about a dish that I really Like to eat. The dish is lasagna no matter what filling it may have. The essence of this dish is lasagna dought, which is very similar to noodle dough in taste, but has a much larger shape.
It is a dish that is prepared in layers, and can have different fillings. The most common fillings used are a bolognrse sauce or whithe sauce. Although there are also people who prepare it white different vegetables, pesto, whit chiken and many others. The lasagna is prepared in layers in a long and deep dish, first put a small layer of the previously cooked sauce, then a layer of dough, then layer of sauce and so on until you have the desired size of lasagna and finally add a layer of cheese to cover the rest of the lasagna.
This one of mi favorite dishes because I find it very tasty and I never get bored of eating it. Also if you eat it in moderation it is good for your health. It provides the body with different nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
